Counselling in St Albans for:
Anxiety/Feelings of Panic | Depression | Trauma | Anger | Overwhelming Emotions | Grief | Family conflict | Relationships
It is not easy to tell loved ones how you feel. The need to talk to someone outside of the family or your close circle of friends is what leads someone to seek some kind of talking therapy. It is frustrating feeling that you cannot make what troubles you disappear on your own and this can be incredibly frightening and isolating and that is where my counselling in St Albans can help. I understand that taking the first steps to seek help is daunting and that it takes great courage to talk to someone you do not know about yourself and how you are feeling.
My name is Kathleen Morgan. I’m a fully qualified counsellor, my training as a therapist began in 2002 and I have completed five years of training. The model of theory I follow is called psychodynamic therapy – the roots of which lie in the theories of Sigmund Freud and other prolific psychoanalysts.
